Before Arrival
Later Arrival:
If the domestic worker is late in arriving, the agency can replace her with another worker at no additional cost.
Visa Cancellation:
If the worker is late, the visa can be canceled, and the same payment receipt can be used to request another worker.
Requesting a New Worker:
The sponsor can choose to request a new worker, and she will be brought in using the same payment receipt.
After Arrival
Trial Period:
The domestic worker can be tried for three months after her arrival and replaced for any reason during this period.
Returning the Worker:
The replacement is done by returning the worker to the agency and requesting another worker.
Unsuitability of the Worker:
You have the right to replace the domestic worker through the recruitment agency during the trial period (90 days) if the worker is unsuitable professionally or behaviorally.
Replacement Procedures:
The agency submits the replacement request after completing the transfer of the worker's sponsorship or her return to her home country.
