Delay in Arrival
If the domestic helper is delayed in arriving, the recruitment office can replace her with another helper without any additional cost to the employer.
Visa Cancellation
In case of significant delay, the visa can be cancelled and the same payment receipt can be used to request a new domestic helper.
Requesting a New Helper
The employer has the option to select a new helper, and the recruitment process will continue using the same original payment receipt.
After Arrival
Trial Period
A three-month (90-day) trial period is provided after the helper’s arrival, during which the employer may evaluate performance and request a replacement for any reason if necessary.
Returning the Helper
Replacement can be processed by returning the helper to the recruitment office and requesting a new one.
Lack of Performance or Compatibility
The employer has the right to request a replacement during the 90-day trial period in case of poor performance, lack of skills, or behavioral issues.
Replacement Procedures
The recruitment office handles all replacement procedures after completing the necessary steps, including transferring sponsorship or arranging the return of the domestic helper to her home country, in accordance with applicable regulations.
