How to bring a domestic worker through Masa Jordan Office for Recruiting Workers
If you want to bring a domestic worker from Masa Jordan Office,
you can follow the following steps to ensure that the procedures are completed correctly:
1- Choose the worker and review the conditions
The sponsor begins by carefully reading the request to bring the worker,
and making sure of the conditions for recruitment to the permitted countries.
It must also be verified that the office is approved by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor.
2- Prepare the required documents
The sponsor must submit the official papers required according to his status:
For the Jordanian sponsor:
A copy of a valid family book.
A copy of a valid personal ID.
Authentication of the sponsor's signature or one of his relatives from the bank on the approved authorization form, which is provided by the office.
For the non-Jordanian sponsor:
A copy of a valid passport.
A copy of a valid annual residency.
A bank guarantee of no less than 2000 dinars.
Authentication of the authorization from the bank.
3- Signing the contract and preparing the transaction
After completing the documents, the office prepares the transaction, and the sponsor is asked to sign the contract and the official pledge.
4- Reviewing the union and completing the examinations
The office stamps the transaction at the union of owners of female workers recruitment offices,
and ensures that the worker passes the medical examination in her country,
in addition to obtaining a certificate of no criminal record and good conduct. After that, the transaction is submitted to the Domestic Workers Directorate.
5- Reviewing the transaction and paying the fees
The transaction is subject to review at the directorate, and if it meets the conditions,
the work permit fees are paid via "e-Fawateercom" in the name of the sponsor, and this process takes from two to three working days.
6- Obtaining an entry visaThe transaction is sent electronically to the Ministry of Interior to ensure that there are no security obstacles.
If approved, an entry visa is issued within one to two working days.
7- Preparing the embassy contract
After the visa is issued, the recruitment office prepares the embassy contract and enters the transaction into the competent embassy,
where the required fees are paid, and the transaction is completed within three working days.
8- Sending the contract and completing the procedures in the worker's country
The office sends the contract to the worker's country via express mail,
where the procedures are completed at the Ministry of Labor there, and then the worker obtains an official travel permit.
9- Determining the travel date and receiving the worker
After the worker obtains the travel permit, a flight ticket is booked for her,
and the office representative receives her at the airport and provides her with a temporary residence for a month.
10- Medical examination and annual residence
The necessary medical examinations are conducted to ensure that the worker is free of diseases.
She is given the first dose of the vaccine if she did not receive it in her country.
She is fingerprinted at the security center.
11- Issuing a work and residence permit
After the medical examination result appears within five days, the work and residence permit is issued with the same card, which is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
By following these steps, the sponsor ensures that the domestic worker is brought in legally and smoothly, in accordance with the regulations in force in Jordan.
